• A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due 7 days prior to arrival.
• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Being a small boutique accommodation business, cancellations often result in an empty cottage due to booking times.
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival will result in a € 100 cancellation fee.
However, this fee can be used to rebook at a future date.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date will forfeit the deposit / sums paid.
The purchase of travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unforeseen situations that require a booking to be canceled.
Fattoria di Corsano is a non-smoking area. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors.
