From the recent restoration of the medieval funds of the manor house, an area dedicated to teaching has been created.

The old oven used in the past to make bread for all the inhabitants of the farm has been expertly rebuilt by specialists, even the surrounding rooms have been restored maintaining their original characteristics and furnished with recycled materials and old original equipment of the time.

The educational tours focus on the culture of oil and wine and the cereal supply chain, with walks through the vineyards and olive groves, explanations of the various agronomic techniques and demonstrations of how bread-making was carried out in the past. You will be accompanied along the various paths by authorized educational farm operators.
